Evergreen Care Home is a home for Korean elders, run by Hae Ryun Cho with her husband and a team of warm-hearted caregivers.

조혜련 원장님에게 어르신을 돌보는 일은 직업이 아니라 마음입니다. 내 부모님께 해드리고 싶은 것을 매일 이곳의 어르신들께 해드립니다.
For Hae Ryun Cho, caring for elders isn't a job. It's her heart. Everything she would want for her own parents, she gives to the residents here every day.
따뜻한 밥 한 끼, 이름을 불러 드리는 인사, 불편한 곳은 없으신지 살피는 손길. 원장님이 가장 소중히 여기는 것은 이런 작은 일들입니다. 적은 인원만 모시는 것도 한 분 한 분을 가족처럼 알고 돌보기 위해서입니다.
A warm meal, a greeting by name, a hand that checks whether anything hurts. These small things are what she cares about most. It's also why Evergreen keeps its household small: so each resident can be known and cared for like family.
